The annual conference on collaborative conservation in New England and Eastern New York
This year’s event was held on Wednesday, November 13, in Nashua, NH from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. It brought 116 people from around New England in an effort to connect, inform, and advance regional conservation partnerships (RCPs) and their efforts to conserve and connect the natural and cultural landscapes of the region. Welcome and Keynote
In the welcome remarks made by Bill Labich from the Highstead Foundation, we were reminded once again of the role this gathering plays in creating a larger network of conservation-minded people, advancing RCPs and their efforts to conserve and connect the natural landscapes of the region.
This year we were honored to have Dr. Gary Tabor from the Center for Large Landscape Conservation speak to us on the importance of large landscape conservation globally.
Please watch Gary’s insightful talk on Large Landscape Conservation: A Local and Global Imperative.
